    1. 출입 사다리

    (1) 설계조건 

    ① 출입사다리제원
    • 제원이 설계도, 구조계산서, 모델링이 일치하는가?
    - 원형지지대 내경 600mm이상
    - 디딤대 간격 225mm~350mm
    • 방호벽 절개 높이 기준을 준수 하였는가?
    - 포장면 기준 600mm
    - 디딤대 표면 미끄럼방지 시설 설치
    • 디딤대 지름 20mm이상 35mm 이하 기준을 만족하였
    는가?
    • 방호벽 절개부에 후설치 앵커를 설치하였는가?
    ② 주요사용재료
    • 재료별 기준강도, 탄성계수는 올바르게 제시되었는가?
    • 강재의 허용응력이 시방서와 일치하는가?
    • 후설치 앵커볼트는 공인기관 시험을 통해 앵커범주 및
    품질이 입증 되었는가?
    ③ 설계하중
    • 고정하중
    - 고정하중의 재료별 단위중량은 시방서와 일치하는가?
    - 부가하중(고정하중의 10%)을 적용 하였는가?
    • 집중하중(점검자하중)
    - 1.0kN/인, 2.1m 간격을 적용 하였는가?
    ④ 참고문헌
    • 최근의 시방기준과 설계기준을 적용하고 있는가?

     

    (2) 단면가정 

    ① 가정된 단면이 맞게 제시 되었는가?

     

    (3) 구조해석 

    ① 모델링은 적정한가?
    ② 모델링에 하중은 적정하게 작용 되었는가?
    ③ 부재에 최대부재력이 발생되게 작용 되었는가?

     

    (4) 부재검토 

    ① 지지대 검토는 되었는가?
    ② 지지대 앵커 검토는 되었는가?
    - 인장 및 전단에 대하여 KDS 14 20 54 콘크리트용 앵
    커 설계기준을 만족하였는가?
    ③ 포스트 및 디딤대 검토는 하였는가?
    - 축방향력 및 휨모멘트, 전단에 대하여 KDS 14 30 (허
    용응력설계법) 과 KDS 14 31 (하중저항계수 설계법)
    을 만족하였는가?

     

    2. 출입계단 및 계단참

    (1) 설계조건 

    ① 출입계단제원
    • 제원이 설계도, 구조계산서, 모델링이 일치하는가?
    - 발판폭 500mm이상
    - 발판깊이 130mm이상
    - 발판높이 250mm이상
    - 출입계단의 각도 45° 내외
    - 발판과 손잡이에 미끄럼 방지 시설 설치
    • 다점지지형태의 설계가 이루어 졌는가?
    - 보강대 설치(최소2개)
    • 경사계단부는 방호벽측으로 최대한 가깝게 배치하였는가?
    • 출입계단과 계단참을 분리하였는가?
    - 계단참에 브라켓 1개소 추가 설치

     

    ② 주요사용재료
    • 재료별 기준강도, 탄성계수는 올바르게 제시되었는가?
    • 강재의 허용응력이 시방서와 일치하는가?
    • 후설치 앵커볼트는 공인기관 시험을 통해 앵커범주 및
    품질이 입증 되었는가?

     

    ③ 설계하중
    • 고정하중
    - 고정하중의 재료별 단위중량은 시방서와 일치하는가?
    - 부가하중(고정하중의 10%)을 적용 하였는가?
    • 경사형 출입계단 점검자하중
    - 1.0kN/인, 3인(최대 하중효과 발생 되도록 하중 재하)
    • 계단참 점검자하중
    - 3.5kN/㎡
    • 난간에 적용하는 하중
    - 수직하중 0.6kN/m, 수평하중 0.4kN/m

    • 최근의 시방기준과 설계기준을 적용하고 있는가?

     

    (2) 단면가정 

    ① 가정된 단면이 맞게 제시 되었는가?

     

    (3) 구조해석 

    ① 모델링은 적정한가?
    ② 모델링에 하중은 적정하게 작용 되었는가?
    ③ 부재에 최대부재력이 발생되게 작용 되었는가?
    ④ 경사계단과 점검통로 연결부 지점 조건을 롤러로 모델
    링 하였는가?
    ⑤ 경사계단부 시점부 모델링시 힌지로 하였는가?
    (4) 부재검토 ① 지지대 검토는 되었는가?
    ② 지지대 및 보강지지대 앵커 검토는 되었는가?
    - 인장 및 전단에 대하여 KDS 14 20 54 콘크리트용 앵
    커 설계기준을 만족하였는가?
    ③ 경사부재, 발판, 난간, 발판 지지대 검토는 하였는가
    - 축방향력 및 휨모멘트, 전단에 대하여 KDS 14 30 (허
    용응력설계법) 과 KDS 14 31 (하중저항계수 설계법)
    을 만족하였는가?

     

     

     

    3. 점검통로

     

    (1) 설계조건 

    ① 점검통로제원
    • 제원이 설계도, 구조계산서, 모델링이 일치하는가?
    - 유효폭(구조체 벽면으로부터 난간 내측까지 거리)
    800mm이상
    - 난간 유효높이 1,100mm이상
    - 난간레일 3단 이상, 등간격설치
    • 점검통로 모서리부에 브라켓 또는 가로부재등으로 보
    강이 이루어져 있는가?

     

    ② 주요사용재료
    • 재료별 기준강도, 탄성계수는 올바르게 제시되었는가?
    • 강재의 허용응력이 시방서와 일치하는가?
    • 후설치 앵커볼트는 공인기관 시험을 통해 앵커범주 및
    품질이 입증 되었는가?

     

    ③ 설계하중
