    강도로교 상세부설계 지침 2006

     

     

    그간 우리나라에서도 다양한 사회기반 시설의 건설 및 확충이 이루어져
    왔으며, 근래에는 건설기술의 선진화에 많은 노력을 기울이고 있습니다. 특히
    도로의 가장 중요한 구조물인 교량의 경우 서해대교, 영종대교, 광안대교
    등의 장대교량을 우리 기술로 건설할 수 있을 만큼 기술발전을 가져
    왔으며, 최근 우리나라 서남해안의 도서지역을 연결하는 장대교량의 설계를
    마치면서부터 설계분야에서도 많은 성장을 하게 되었습니다.
    이번 강도로교상세부설계지침을 개정하게 된 것은 이와 같은 교량 기술의
    발전과 급속하게 개방되는 건설시장의 추세에 부응할 수 있도록 국제
    단위계인 SI단위계로 변경하고, 최근의 강교량 제작품셈 개정과 그동안 연구
    확인된 자료들을 반영하여 알기 쉽게 상세히 기술하므로써 향후 강도로교
    설계자의 전문기술을 높혀 교량의 안전성과 제작, 가설의 효율성 확보로
    기술 선진화에 부응하고 국가경쟁력 확보에 크게 기여하기 위한 것입니다.
    개정작업에는 산․학․연의 많은 전문가들이 참여하여 많은 토론과 검증,
    그리고 자문을 통해 이루어졌습니다만 제한된 연구기간에 방대한 자료를
    검토하는 과정에서 일부 미비한 점이 있을 수 있으리라 생각하며 이에 대
    해서는 앞으로 지속적인 추가․보완작업을 해나가겠습니다.
    끝으로 강도로교상세부설계지침 개정 작업에 참여한 집필위원들과, 자문
    위원, 평가심의위원 그리고 관계 공무원 여러분의 노고에 감사드리며,
    본 설계 지침이 강도로교 기술발전과 국민의 안전에 도움이 되기를 기대
    합니다.

    설계지침 개정에 따른 경과 조치
    본 강도로교 상세부설계지침 발간시점에서
    이미 시행 중인 건설공사는 발주기관의 장이 필요
    하다고 인정하는 경우 종전의 지침을 그대로 사용
    할 수 있다.
